I love these cameras, have been using them for 2.5 years now and just purchased my third camera. I did not have a problem with the sound or connecting Bluetooth devices prior to the last update. I have also tried connecting two different Bluetooth devices and it doesn’t connect on either one of them. I primarily use the camera as a baby monitor and in order for the sound to work I have to close out the camera I am viewing, go back to the main screen, select the camera I want to view again and try turning the sound back on (after multiple attempts of pushing the sound button) and hope that it works that time. I have had problems with the sound working properly and getting Bluetooth devices to connect since the app was last updated.
